We are excited to announce that launch of the voting stage of The UNIs is open.
The UNIs is a nation-wide search for the university sports team or society that best supports its members’ ambitions.
Hype Collective’s creative director, Paul Stollery said “since going live an hour or so ago we’ve already had over 500 votes – proof that there is real appetite for this competition.”
We’ve had over 150 entries to The UNIs so far, and now enter a three-week voting period with societies competing in six categories:

Careers & Student Media
The initiative has been launched in partnership with the Co-op. Georgina Brough, marketing manager at The Co-op said “we recognise the important role that sports teams and university societies play in nurturing the next generation of talent and are super excited to be able to support this project. I can’t wait for us to get hands-on involved in mentoring and supporting these groups.”
Alongside the Co-op our category partners include, BP, StudentUniverse, the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), Vibe Tickets, and Careercake. They are each providing prizes for each of the category winners with Co-op sponsoring the first prize of £5k.
