Workshop: Attracting niche audiences to virtual events.

Our next workshop, on 6th April at 3pm, is for early careers recruiters and perfect for those planning on running virtual events next year and looking to attract niche audiences.

A year ago, very few of us knew how to run a good virtual event. As we plan for next year, with a few more greys but also a lot more knowledge this session will help graduate recruiters ensure they’ve thought of every channel to

The workshops are designed as facilitated knowledge sharing – this is not a sales pitch! We’ll present what we think best practice looks like for the following channels:

  • Societies
  • Careers Services
  • Brand Ambassadors
  • Influencers
  • Talent

We’ll reference some client campaigns as well as The Black Tech Broadcasts which were attended by 400+ black students and have since been watched over 5,000 times. We’ll do a deep dive on the Broadcasts so you can see how we attracted this audience on a limited budget and what your organisation can learn.

In the past our workshops have been attended by the likes of PwC, EY, Unlocked & Accenture. We operate a strict Chatham house rules policy, and hope everyone comes with willing to support each other.

To register email hello@hypecollective.co.uk referencing the “Niche Audience Attraction Workshop” and we’ll send you a calendar invite with logins.

This session is for early careers employers only.
