DIGITAL ASSISTANT – GIRLS IN MARKETING (Liverpool Based/Remote)

If you’re a young woman aspiring for a career in marketing, you’ve probable heard of Girls in Marketing. An organisation which has shot up in fame during lockdown, girls in marketing are looking for a digital assistant to assist in the day-to-day running of the community. You’ll help track sales, engage with the community, and upload jobs on our jobs board. AUTHOR ASSISTANT – OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS – (Remote until further notice)

Oxford University Press have been a leading publisher for over 500 years. They’re now looking for an Author Support Assistant, to make sure that there’s a strong support system for authors during the production of their books. This role is great for anyone with experience in liaising with academics/authors, or someone who’s worked in customer facing roles. This is definitely a great opportunity for books lovers, who’ve had experience on university panels/society roles etc. You’re basically the middle man between the publisher and the author, responding to queries, providing guidance, and analysing feedback. JUNIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE – TIME OUT (Remote)

TimeOut are looking for someone for a 6-8 weeks placement for their local CRM and Merchandising Team, based outside of London. Their goal is to produce relevant and timely communication to their subscribers, and they need you to make it happen. You’ll be in charge of the deployment of email marketing campaigns, whilst also executing A/B tests. You’ll also support the analysis of email marketing, to see how successful the campaigns are going.
