Hello everyone, I hope you’re all doing wonderful this Thursday. We’re getting closer to Christmas, but there’s still plenty of opportunities to snap up before the end of this challenging year.

EVENTS ASSOCIATE – THE BUSINESS OF FASHION

The Business of Fashion are looking for a versatile events associate for their team. They’re a next generation fashion media company, crafted for today’s globalised world. To work there, you’ve got to be comfortable/have experience working in events, both digital and physical, and the fast-paced environment must be for you. You don’t need huge amounts of experience in the fashion industry, but you do have to have a passion for it. Your responsibilities will include building project plans and managing event calendars, co-hosting regular webinars and other online events. ScreenSkills are offering basic training on production, for people trying to further their career in TV and film during the pandemic. The goals of the training for you to know how to handle production, whilst remaining cautious of the virus. As the industry starts going again, it’s a useful badge to have on your CV. DIGITAL CONTENT PRODUCER APPRENTICESHIP – INNOCENT SMOOTHIES

Innocent are looking for a paid apprentice (£21,500 per annum) to join their team. They want someone with weird and wonderful ideas, to join their content production. Once your placement starts, you’ll also get to study towards a junior content produce – level 3 apprenticeship. You need to have education of GCSE level, and be able to cope with a constant flow of creatively challenging work. It sounds like a great opportunity for young creatives, so go for it! TECH SUMMER INTERNSHIP 2021- NHS DIGITAL

NHS engineer digital health and care solutions to improve lives, and they want you to help. They’re running an 8-12 paid internship (£18,002 pro-rata), where you’ll work on critical software, data and digital projects to help the NHS. Most of the work will be based in Leeds or London, depending on your assignment. This isn’t until February, but it’s a fantastic opportunity for women in finance to put in their calendars. This days long festival will have speakers, to help people get tips on how women can advance in the industry and overcome inequality.
